Easily straightened! This product arrives coiled into a loop in transit and when unwrapped does not completely straighten immediately. This is easily remedied by coiling it in the opposite direction (inner face now outer face) to the same diameter for a few seconds. When released it then becomes mostly straight. You can lay it onto it's edge on a flat floor to test exactly how straight. Any remaining curvature can then be removed by progressive bending in the opposite direction. It's straight in no time using this method and ready to apply with adhesive without running the risk of any residual curvature springing off before the glue sets. I was applying it over a 4.5m garage door lintel so the 5m length supplied was a good match with little wasted. I fixed it in place with Stixall sealant/adhesive caulked into a wavy line on the back. Plan how you will mount it before applying the adhesive. The strip is a "D" section profile with one thin edge flat and the other curved. The flat edge would normally end up uppermost against any overhanging soffit etc. I laid it on the ground under the lintel and applied it single handed, one end first into place and working along guiding the free section with my other hand off the ground so as not to allow the adhesive to touch anything it shouldn't. After pressing into place making tape can be applied to ensure it doesn't sag until set. Good value for money compared to shorter strips available in DIY stores and with a full length no need to worry about unsightly butt joints.

Used.many eurocell parts over the years. Consistently strong and does the job as required. Easy to cut and trim and flexible enough to tackle uneven walls. The only issue I had was that Yodel totally ignored the delivery instructions and doorstepped the package while we were away for the weekend - maybe use a different delivery company.

Great framing

Was very rigid and difficult to handle. Didn't lay straight even after unrolling it. Cutting it to smaller sections didnt help. Even apply a small amount of heat using hairdryer didnt help to straighten it. In the end it could not be used for the purpose it was bought for (frame for loft ladder hatch) and went in the bin.😡

Great product, great price, great delivery. I like the way it was wrapped, securly, went flat as soon as I opened it. 👍👍👍

Simple to use although I did have to let it sit flat with weights on it for 48 hours
