Be wary of junk parts.
The keyway slot on the rotor was too wide, resulting in a lot of lateral play. The rotor slot jumped over the metal key retainer and cracked the rotor. The shaft turned with the rotor hardly pumping the water ruining the shaft and thus ruining a perfectly good outdrive. Please, Amazon. Help me with this. I am faced with buying a $1400 lower unit because I bought Chinese made junk from you. I bought the parts in June 2019, and used the boat until September. The part only lasted 4 months. I put my boat on Memorial Day and had to take it home because of overheating. Signed, John Volstad

Almost perfect
Everything was there and installed easily except for the little cupling the slides onto the pipe going up to the engine. It was not big enough for my Mercury optimax 225. I tried to use it but it split because it was too tight. I had to just replace the o rings in my old one and use it. So far so good.
