This was out of state gift. Recipient said basket was lovely. Fruit great and ready to eat. Refrigerated for a few days and still crisp and delicious. As always Harry and David baskets are lovely and deviously fresh

Problem promptly fixed.
I sent this as a Christmas gift for my my sister. She received *rotten* fruit. It looks like it might have frozen and then thawed. Very, very disappointed to spend $100 and get fruit that is inedible. Note: Harry and David emailed me and issued a full refund within hours, no questions asked. I appreciate their prompt attention and will order from them again.
