I’ve been using C4 products, and they haven’t let me down. Does what it says on the can. I can feel the blood, caffeine and “power” flowing through my veins everytime I have it. It also has enough daily creatine, which is great so that I don’t have to buy additional creatine. The flavour is nice too, obviously none of these taste like actual fruit, but at least it doesn't taste artificial.

Not saying there's no other good brands out there but I've probably tried 6/7 of them and C4 definetely comes at the top, the reason being that everything is just perfect, the flavour, the aftertaste, the effects but most importantly, it doesn't give you an awful caffeine 'crash' after a couple of hours, but the effects of caffeine slowly go away, which is why I just love it and will definetely reorder a few times :)

Best of the best no side effects for me at all Been using this years and years never change stay with this and try is very powerful and keep you very focus

Taste good and does the job

Mixes easily with not clumps, I normally take 30 minutes before exercise. I haven’t experienced any side effects while using.

It's not bad not as strong as I thought it would be though, taste is great which is good but 1 scoop isn't enough for me. I personally get a good energy boost when adding 2 scoops instead of 1 and also 6g of creatine. Could just be me, maybe I am building a tolerance to caffeine, taste is great though

But no tingle... (You know, 'that' feeling?) But works well, in fact, I've used better and this one comes a close second... Verdict: Good all around boost, but I guess I'm just weird and need that 'GO-GO-GO!' kick! 8/10. Does what it says on the tin... Calmly. (If you get my meaning.)

First of all let's start on the flavour. It's dangerously tasty, I could go through 3 of these a day haha. If anyone saying it doesn't taste nice, they must be getting a dodgy tub or something - It's refreshing and full of flavour. It also serves it's purpose. Get's me through workouts and sometimes give me even a little more energy to go higher on the reps of my sets. The only draw back is the insane itchiness it sometimes gives me. It doesn't last that long, maybe 20 minutes or so but it can make my entire body really itchy/tingly if I gulp it down within 10 minutes or so. Obviously it's different for others, I've already got major nerve problems in my body, so with that taken into affect, it probably affects me worse than it would others. I would recommend this, it's full of flavour and serves it's purpose. 5/5

Ein Scoop, und ich war plötzlich motivierter als mein Fitness-Tracker. Kribbeln? Wie Ameisen in den Augenbrauen. Fokus? Ich hab mein Workout und meinen Lebensplan durchgezogen. Schmeckt süß, wirkt schnell – einfach ein Raketenstart fürs Gym.
