Highly recommend
I do love this grill, plenty of space..but I'll have to admit it was a pain to put together, it looks simple enough but my daughter said it was awful ๐ but as far as grilling on it superb love it ๐

Perfect alternative to Gas or charcoal
Our landlord was forbidden all open fire grilling. So gas and charcoal isnโt allowed. This electric grill is the perfect solution in this case! It takes a little longer to grill and it might have not the heat for a thick beef steak but all the rest turns out great!Iโm super happy!

Reasonably priced electric barbecue grill
Electric barbecue grill appears to be sturdy and well made.

Size, electric
This is very cute, perfect for me, I'm short and fits me just right, was easy to put together, screws were already in the holds just unscrew and screw back, don't need to look for everything

Much Assembly
It's not very tall and the element below the grill screen is fixed so it cannot be removed for cleaning without taking out the butterfly bolts better permanently holding in the electrical inlet. The grease trap is very tiny and doesn't allow much grease at all without pouring over and making a huge mess by dripping down the column and making a huge mess on the base. Then it takes hot water and liquid done to get that all cleaned up. So if you're planning on grilling more than two or three pieces of meat be ready for a huge mess that's hard to clean up. If you turn the heat up on high after you're finished grilling and leave the lid shut then the grill itself is easy to clean with a grill brush. However underneath that catches the excess from the drip edge of the meat built up. After grilling two or three times you will need to clean that plate that allows grease to drip through the bottom. However it's not removable without taking out the whole element which would take a disassembly And reassembly. I think it was very poor design. The element itself in regard to temperature control is fine. The price is probably twice as much as you should pay for something that complex to put together and design poorly. I paid over $200 for this grill. Had I known it was so short and had I known the assembly was so difficult and had I known the drainage is horrible and the grease trap is tiny and the cleanup is difficult then I would not have purchased it. I would have gone to one of the brick and mortar stores or ordered on Amazon a tabletop smokeless grill like I had previously. I liked it much better and it was very easy to clean and it was smokeless too. I think I only paid $45 or $50 for it both times. So I do not recommend this one you're better off getting a table top one and just plugging it in outside because you have to plug this in anyway. And you'll save a lot of money. it's a total rip off. This unit shouldn't cost more than maybe $75 at the very most.

Poor customer service.
Heating element blew out after 8-10 uses. Contacted company via e mail as requested to get replacement element. No response after 5 days. Up to now the grill worked o.k. on our condo porch. Would have to overcook pork chops to get some color on them. Would not order again. Can only contact their customer service by e mail, no phone numbers anywhere on their site.

Birthday present for husband
Perfect grill for dad! Assembly took less then 1 hour to complete. Grill heats up fast. Very close to a traditional charcoal grill-perfect for outdoor use if you are considering a George Foreman grill for outdoor I would go with this instead. Great value for the price.
