Lasts long enough, easy to apply. The color is harder to find in person, I got the same great product in the right color! And it was a few bucks cheaper than in store!!covers grays well

I usually use black but I wanted to try something different and this is perfect for me and my husband always does my hair and he loves it now so this will be my go to color from now on!

This color actually is almost identical to what my stylist mixes. It covers grey great. My natural color with beautiful maple undertones. I never box dye but now I do. My stylist loves it. I will never mess up my hair. I stopped years and years ago. But i had too find something salon is expensive.

My natural hair color is a dark auburn. I am always trying to find a shade that's closest to my hair color to touch up the roots in between coloring at the salon. I love L'Oreal products. They're gentle on my hair (which is thin and fine). This color came out very dark. A bit darker than I had wanted. I probably wouldn't get this color again but the product itself was nice as always. The only complaint I have is that the last 3 boxes I have purchased had gloves in them that wouldn't open. Luckily I had a box of rubber gloves here but it might be a mess for someone who doesn't. Not sure what's going on with the gloves but 3 boxes in a row isn't just an anomaly.

It was very easy, and I'm thrilled with the color. Thrilled. For $10, versus what I pay in a salon. I can do this here and there for a little boost of color, and not break the bank. I bought the Maple Brown. Nice rich color.

First permanent hair dye I have used that is the exact color pictured on the box. Totally colored white hair leaving it natural.

I've been using this product and normally color 5 AR for years. I get many compliments. It's usually reasonably priced. My one daughter keeps wanting me to try Matrix instead since she said it's half the price but right now I'm satisfied with buying this. I've tried several colors in the past several years but it seems like if there's a red in there for the first letter that it washes out faster and stays in longer when it's the second letter after the number. Which which was. I used to buy 5 RB but it washed out quickly. So my beautician suggested that I make sure that the is second after the number and not first!
