Free-form L-Glutamine from one of the most trusted brands in the mass-market supplement manufacturers. It's also 'free-from' anything untoward, as well. I mix this with collagen protein to make the protein work harder; and this product makes a huge difference to the bioavailability of this, and other products, with Glutamine being such an abundant amino-acid. It is expensive though, as you pay a premium for the aforementioned trust, and the assurance that you are receiving an optimum-quality product. I take 5-grams per day; so the 227-gram tub will only last around 45-days; which at the current price, is over £1 per-day. It's too much; and, I couldn't sustain that cost in the long-term. Especially, as it doesn't even cater for athletes by being Certified for Sport®. Otherwise, I could have purchased in bulk for a large group; to make this more affordable. Maybe the addition of such accreditation would justify the high price. But at-least it does mix well, though, in room-temperature drinks; but do make-sure to take this with at-least 250ml of water for the best results. And, don't just consume-it on its own, as most individual supplements usually need-to 'work' off of another to increase what's known as their 'bioavailability'; or better absorption rates within the body when administered. E.g.; Creatine. But I also found that L-Glutamine works well with all of the aforementioned, as well as M.S.M for improved joint care. Anyway, this is a good product that you can trust; but it comes at a price for all of the assurances. This product works for me, and if L-Glutamine is going-to work for you; then this trusted, benchmark and premium product will tell you, one way or another.

I have noticed that it settles at the bottom of the glass if you aren't quick enough. My advice is to stir it up and drink it down straight away to avoid any sediment. It seems to be a very high grade product and it arrived much faster than expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quality glutamine.
