The slippers are well constructed, however I found them smaller than an American brand. I purchased two pairs of slippers, for a 4 yr. old and a 10 yr. old. I chose the 4 to 6 in sizing and the 9 to 12 . I figured this will give them room to grow. No such luck. Both girls' heels are at the very edge of the slipper. I strongly suggest going up in size.
