Helps with winter blues.
We live in northern US. Long winters can get depressing. This light is just the right amount of light and does seem to make the difference. It would be nice if the light had some adjustability to it though. I feel like I didn't always need or want it that bright.

I've not been able to determine just how this unit has a stand. I've had to prop it up with books.

Works Great for Anxiety

BRIGHT AS THE SUN!
This product does what it says, however it is so bright that you do not want to have it pointing straight at your eyes or face. I would say I do notice improvement with my Sundowners symptoms so it is a keeper.
