Not bad taste, no side effects, a bit sour, but a lot less than lemon. Use it daily and hopefully will work better and harmlessly than statins. There are much more benefits if you google it.

I bought this as I read it has a lot of health benefits. It’s a brown powder which you mix into your juice. I found this Amla powder very bitter and sour. It doesn’t seem to mix very well because by the time I finish my drink, there’s usually a bit of brown sludge at the bottom of my glass . Maybe I need to mix it properly for longer. Personally, I don’t like the taste of it but I’ll persevere and try it with different juices because of its health benefits. I’ve given it 4 stars because so far, it tastes horrible. Maybe I should have got Amla pills instead!

Repulsive but good for you!
I bought this item as it is a multitasker. Apparently you can apply to the hair and you can also consume it. The claimed benefits are impressive. But try as I might to get used to the sour taste I just can’t as I find it so repulsive. So I gave up on it after a week. Bought two packets too. I guess I’ll just have to use it in other ways than as a food supplement. The product is good quality though.
