I got this to make family night more fun for my kids. They loved it and were able to use it safely. I had to remind my son to ask for help reaching the other side of the serving trays because he could have burned his wrist. Obviously it does get hot so I supervised, especially with my younger ones. It takes some time to warm up. The coil will turn red. When this happens you can more quickly roast. If you don’t wait it seems like it isn’t working. It roasts them golden and they puff up without being blistering hot. They’re hot enough to melt the chocolate around it’s edges but leave it solid in the middle. That way it doesn’t slide around. The forks are short so your arms get tired. We had better luck with kabob skewers. My kids accidentally touched the marshmallow to the metal grate. It turns black and becomes ashes you can just wipe off. I kept the box and everything stored neatly back inside. I think this would make a great gift especially around the holidays at a gift exchange.

We bought this for a gift exchange game and ended up with it when the game was over lol! We certainly didn't think we were gonna end up with it so it wasn't something on our list for ourselves. With that said we set up for a family movie night one evening and decided to set it up in the middle of the coffee table and to our surprise it was pretty fun! Heats up nicely, toasts up a nice marshmallow. Gotta find that sweet spot tho so it takes a minute lol... Learning curve! But now we pull it every now and again for movie nights. Easy to use, plug n play. Simple to clean. Goes right back into the box and up on a shelf for next time. And the kids love it to!

This s’mores maker is adorable and perfect for movie nights or small gatherings. However, I found that it doesn’t heat the marshmallows well unless you remove the stainless steel top, which defeats the purpose a bit. Once removed, it does roast them, but it takes some trial and error. It’s a fun concept and looks great on the table, just be prepared to tweak it for better results.

The kids love it, and it works great. If I had to give a small negative would be that the roasting sticks are short so if you have little kids you may want to switch to longer ones or keep a close eye on them but my kids are 6 and 11 so it wasnt an issues for us at all. I would buy this again as a gift for someone

My niece wanted S’mores instead of a cake for her birthday and this S’mores maker was the icing on top. It is electric but as you can see you can definitely start a fire with it so we were cautious with the teens. Even with the burnt marshmallow it was pretty easy to clean.

Finally can have indoor camping with style. This little machine was so perfect for my indoor camping night with family, I have one once a week! Great hit with the family and really brings you that campfire feel. Cooks marshmallows to perfection, I dare say better than a fire! Works best when only one person is cooking, but decent for two as well. I'm thinking of buying a mini cast iron down the road and do some mini cooking for some camping changeup haha. Definitely a must have!

If you enjoy s’mores this is the perfect item. We’ve used it & we have enjoyed thoroughly, works well & perfect for the 2 of us. It’s not big, so if there’s more than 2 people you’ve got to take turns. I found the tray cheaply made & it doesn’t fit around like it shows us. That for us is no better deal, we would repurchase this product.
