They love that I’ll cut off a length for them to take home to practice and stretch and strengthen with. I like the feel of the non-latex much better than the latex bands, and they smell less weird too. I find that the roll lasts me longer and is more cost effective for how I use it with my students. I also took a step up from the RED strength to the GREEN and it’s just enough, but not too much more. I like to learn new ways to use them for strength and flexibility for my dance and Pilates students by watching videos on YouTube and by reading articles on my favorite dance teaching blogs.

A great product!
I was hesitant at first because I was used to the thinner latex bands, but this material is much better. Very sturdy, almost impossible to tear. Delivers a much better workout. Have only used one length so far, shows no signs of wear after a couple of months of use.
