Absorbs gas well
Charcoal works great to clear up gas, just don't take it with other pills or it will absorb them too! take other pills an hour later.

For Several Years, These Are My Go-To For Uncomfortable Bloating (Trapped Gas) And Stomach Upset
I've been a fan of these for several years now and appreciate trusting them to help my stomach when I get bloated from something I've eaten, or a stomach upset (from some food that didn't agree with me...i.e. too many nuts at times). These help me receive "relief" pretty quickly and I keep them on my subscribe & save list so that I always have a supply. I don't use or need them daily, so it's not a monthly re-order, but they work so well for me ~ I don't ever wish to be "out". I also take a supply if/when I'm traveling. They are a combination of quality ingredients. I keep them in a darkened pantry to protect their potency. They are a vegan-free capsule ~ small @ 3/4" long. Their two main ingredients are activated coconut charcoal (hence the dark gray color) and Organic Fennel along with a blend of organic "digestive" herbs. REALLY GRATEFUL for them. Two work for me every time.

These actually work like a miracle
These are the only thing that work for the gastrointestinal pain caused by my dairy allergy. The bloat gets so bad that it looks like I am 8 months pregnant for several days. These capsules usually take it away within a few hours. The only gripe I have is that they make my burps taste like black licorice for a few hours. I’m not a fan of black licorice but it’s way better than the pain of the dairy baby for a week.

Interesting Change…
It really be nice if It was a warning or something when you’ll change the formula. My previous bottle of pills were definitely completely different. They were smaller and the herbs inside the pills were beige and not black. Hopefully this formula does what it say it does. I just took two of them I will be back with and update
