If you enjoy habanero flavor that’s not so spicy it drowns out flavors of the dish, this is a very good choice. This sauce has a salsa-style texture and goes well with anything where you may want additional flavor and spice. I’ve even added it to mild salsas to accommodate guests that want mild or spicy flavors. I have ordered this several times. It’s always well packaged and arrives in a timely manner. Typically has about a 2 year shelf-life. Good value for the money.

About a Year ago I began to indulge in the world of Hot Sauces after being introduced to Ralph's Private Selection Mango Scotch Bonnet hot sauce (My first favorite hot sauce) and the Youtube series Hot Ones. Since then I have been experimenting with a variety of sauces and have rotated favorites over the past several months. This was a sauce that held the throne as my favorite sauce for a good 6 months. Aardvark is a sauce that approaches my heat ceiling on hot sauces I can comfortably enjoy on a daily basis. I've yet to come across a general purpose hot sauce with this much heat that combines such an amazing medley of flavors to pair with a wide variety of foods. The initial flavors of the sauce fills your pallet and takes the stage while at the same time the Habanero heat introduces itself. Slowly but surely the flavors behind the sauce blend with the growing heat from the Habanero and eventually succumb to the full heat of the spicy pepper itself. I wouldn't quite categorize this as a "Creeper Sauce", however, because the blend of peppers, ingredients, and spices work so well together that the progression of heat feels very natural. This masterful blending is what ensures that a creeping heat or an out of place flavor will not come out of the nether and surprise you . For me this smooth and cohesive sauce has now become a staple condiment in my household. The sauce pairs very well with eggs and potatoes, but is a very tasty general purpose hot sauce that I've recommended to all my friends and family.

This sauce has over 90% 5-star ratings. You don't need another rave review. So let me tell you what's wrong with this sauce. Only one thing: it's not very hot. It mingles numerous flavors, and in a fridge loaded with hot sauces, it's my "go to" favorite. But if you're looking for serious heat, this is not the sauce for you. My gold standard in that regard is Walkerwoods Jamaican habanero sauce. Pricey, but hot without the acid aftertaste of some other habanero products. As a conneseiur of hot sauces, I could thrive on these two products alone: Walkerwoods for pure heat, and Aardvark for ther wonderful medley of spicy flavors.

I am obsessed with this hot sauce and I go through it like water. I use this in almost all my meals to add a kick. It is very spicy in my opinion so a little goes a long way. The flavor is amazing and pairs with literally everything. Very glad it is sold on amazon since this isn’t sold in stores nearby. Wish it was everywhere!
