My First Padded Book of Good Habits and Manners is quite a necessary book for children. Usually, children learn habits from their parents or people around them but it is hard to differentiate between good and bad habits. As adults, sometimes parents forget to be careful in front of their young ones when it comes to being mannerly. This book has a list of good manners and habits listed out along with well-researched pictures. It makes the habits easier to remember and understand. People often think that academics is meant to be taught at an early stage but the importance of good manners shouldn’t be ignored either. Books like these are important not for just the development of a child’s mind but her overall personality. Young children are often naughty and if they are pampered too much, they become ill-mannered so it is important to instill good habits in them from an early age. The book has a bright cover and good quality content. Such books are required for building a good base for children aged one to five years. The book is quite easy to understand and reading it might lead to your young one being less cranky in front of others.

I bought this for my toddler after reading the reviews and am glad I relied on the review for this purchase. Good paper quality and very nicely bound book. Covers almost all the basic good manners and good habits. Good pictorial depiction that stays on the child's mind and they remember to imbibe it. Was apprehensive about the size of the book, as it happens with a lot of online purchases - they look big in the pictures and turn out to be palm size! But not this one. Good decent size so all the pictures and writing is clear. Would definitely recommend this book for all young children.

Book: My first padded book of Good Habits and Manners Publisher: Wonder house This 26 page board book shows images along with a brief description of the basic manners and etiquette you would want to inculcate in your little one. We introduced this book to LittleJnDG when she was around 15 months old. She immediately took a liking to this book. What worked for us: 🔶All the images shown are of cute little kids with lovely expressions. LittleJnDG could connect well with what each image described. 🔶Playing Q-n -A. For instance, I ask her what will you do when you sneeze and she would open the page " Cover your nose while sneezing" .Many a times we are also on an acting spree and try imitating each action done by the kids. 🔶By now she precisely knows what is a good habit and what is not. She co-relates her day to day actions with these images. For instance, she would clean up her play area , then pick up this book, open the page that reads "keep your room tidy" and tells me this is what I did mumma. 🔶The cover of the book has 8 images which are also printed inside the book. This is the perfect book for my three year-old teaching, her manners. some of the do's and don't for right now.

Content is good but quality is ok but i would still prefer for infants and toddlers

Fantastic book. My 1 year old grandson loves seeing real kids performing the activities. This book will be relevant for years, as a lot of the activities it describes are basic childhood functions. It is nice to discuss behavioral guidance with a child via a non-personal resource. The book is very upbeat, positive, and undogmatic.
