We had another camera for a year prior to buying this one. The other camera was a very well-known, name brand camera. We switched Internet providers and it was no longer compatible with our Internet so I was recommended this camera. I was already having issues with my other camera not staying connected throughout the whole night, so I purchased this to give it a shot. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I wasn’t familiar with this brand, but I was pleasantly surprised. The camera stays connected all night. I love that you can rotate the camera to see different areas of the room. The fact that you can play music is also a cool function! I don’t usually buy the subscriptions, but I did because I wanted to be able to watch it back to see how my son was getting out of his crib. We didn’t need all the fancy features that the subscription provides, we just wanted the playback feature… but if I had a newborn, it would be really cool to use the facial recognition features. The audio stays connected on my phone all night, even when I am not in the app. I got frustrated when our previous camera wouldn’t keep the audio connected through the night, but this camera rarely has issues with connection. Altogether this camera is great quality for the price and I highly recommend!!!

For the amount it can do the cost was reasonable. I love the 360 view, as well as the night vision and how it stores “some” recording at no cost. Of course you can pay a subscription like other camera devices to save longer video time. Also the quality is really good so long as you internet is reliable and it’s reasonably close to the WiFi.

I have researched many products, you know, we mothers are very sensitive about this. I used the product of a different brand before, but the sound quality and image was not enough. I decided to buy a new one. The features of this motitor really impressed me. I can watch my baby on my cell phone. In addition, when my baby cries, it gives me extra warning when he is restless. The video quality really impressed me because it really looked pretty clear. I can hear my baby's voice very clearly. We mothers try to find the best and most ideal for our baby. I strongly recommend this monitor to all mothers. It really works and is trusted.

I love this camera!! For a first time mom this camera helps my anxiety! It came with a piece that easily attaches to the camera that I could wrap the around his crib for a great view. The reason why I gave it a 4 star besides a 5 is because you have to pay a subscription to get the extra things- I added pictures of the different subscriptions! But besides that it works amazing ! It was an easy set up! Great video and audio .. you get the video in HD quality and great night vision-I love to be able to step in a different room and have a piece of mind-

I put this camera up in my kids play room so I can keep an eye on them. We set it up high on the wall in a corner. You can see the entire room with just a single camera which is awesome! The app notifications for sound can get a little annoying because my kids are constantly making noise but it's easy to turn various notifications off that you don't want. The app stores video snippets for 4 hours anytime it notices movement or a loud noise so you can go back and see what happened. It's not perfect and doesn't catch everything but I'm not paying a service fee so I'm just happy to have it for free. What we LOVE are the 12 hour time-lapse videos. We really like being able to see the whole day in warp speed. It's fun getting to see an overview of he day without having to stare at the camera 24/7. Overall very happy with this camera and the ease of use. The app is simple to use and I like that I can use other apps on my phone and still hear the sound from the monitor through my phone.

We have used two of these cameras for 4 months now. While the cameras are decent and it can accurately detect motion, we have issues with the reliability of service. Multiple times we have experienced the camera freezing on an image of a sleeping baby, only for us to restart the app and find our baby wide awake. As I write this tonight, one of the cameras has stopped sending video, though it does still send alerts for motion or sounds. This is with the paid subscription. I would suggest buying a different camera system.

I love love this baby cam! We just had our second baby and had to get this for her nursery! The functionality is great! It records everything. I love going back to videos. There’s perfect clarity ! The lullaby feature is awesome !!

(4 Year Update: BUY IT. This bad boy is still going strong 24/7. I'm currently typing this while walking my dog around the block and listening to in on my daughters room via my headphones to make sure she doesn't wake up while I'm out. 10/10 recommend) Researched multiple cameras and even bought/returned a few! I was looking for a good quality camera that would alert me in real time if my cat got in the crib. This one does! The app is user friendly & I love that I can check on my baby when I'm not home. I can zoom in close enough to see her breathing. It stays on in the background. I can hear even when my phone is locked and easily open the camera from my notifications panel. It will drain your battery so keep a charger close by.

I have used many IP Cameras and was excited about reading all the features of this Baby Monitor. However, while it arrived fast, that is the only positive I have experienced with it. The set-up was straight forward but the lag on the video and the low low low frame rate made it impossible. After being plugged in for an hour, it started by itself to pan left & right, up & down. The stream to the phone was ended and no matter what I did, eg reset, power on and off, reinstall the software, it would not return to normal. No support on the supplier website. I have used IP Cameras for 1/3rd the price that was a million times better. Product Returned.

I don't have babies hut after a recent home invasion we realized that we need cameras so that if it ever happened again we will have a face to show the police. Anyhow, this was an amazingly affordable alternative to alarm camera's. We close the eye when we are home but open it before bed or before we leave. If the system detects a face that it doesn't recognize (you tell it who you want it to recognize) it will immediately send you a notification and a photo of the person who doesn't belong. It's frigging amazing.

The cam works good but the volume is not that loud. Try to figure it out but nothing happened
