I have been taking them for four years now and I lost about 50lbs over that time. It is a slow weight loss, which is healthy, but you have to be regimental with them to see results. I am now taking the liquid form of them since I have hit a plateau. Also, the liquid form is more cost efficient. It is too soon to tell if the liquid form will help in losing weight, but I already feel less hungry and I have more energy.

So far so good.

Love the brand. Does what it says

I'm a big fan of MCT oil, and have been using the Now brand liquid in my bulletproof coffee for a couple of years. Decided to try these softgels for when I travel, since keeping a container of oil in my suitcase isn't ideal. When I put a spoonful of the liquid in my coffee, I can quickly feel the "buzz" of energy from the MCT oil. I've tried taking 1, 2, or 3 of these softgels and nothing seems to happen. Now Foods is a brand I trust, so I believe them when they say there's MCT oil in here, but just not sure it's digesting and being used by my body the same way as the liquid they sell. Doesn't make me feel bad or off when I take them, just doesn't give me the pleasant energy that the liquid does. I can't tell a difference when I take these vs not taking them at all.

As a student of micro-nutrition, I amount to being one of those amateur "experts", I know and understand enough to make informed buying decisions but can't give a full discourse on the biochemistry behind MCT oil, suffice to say those of us who have done our research and know that this is a good micro-nutrient to include in our supplementation look for certain things. The purity of the product being the most important element, but like with jeans, sometimes you pay way more for a name than is necessary. The softgels are also very easy to swallow and there is zero after flavor to contest with, this product in no way reminds you of having taken it unlike some fish oils I've made use of in the past. I typically have a full blood profile done before I start using a new supplement, make use of the product for 60 days and have another profile done to compare it with, and discuss it with my Dr. The results I saw after using Now's MCT oil will keep it in the rebuy column. I'm sure there are other MCT oils out there that are of greater purity, and in other forms that some find more useful (such as bottles of it to use with mixing into morning coffee), but for me this hit a sweet spot of price, performance, and ease of use.

健康診断で引っかかったので、運動不足の解消と食生活改善に取り組む補助的な役割で購入。運動は毎日20分自宅で自重トレーニング。食事は昼食はダイエットプロテインに置き換え。毎食事後にMCT2粒摂取。その後健康診断は受けてませんが、２ヶ月ほどでおなかがへこみました。どれが効いてるかわかりません。が、これも一因だと勝手に思っています。 MCTは摂取後に満腹感があり、腹持ちがあるように思いました。飲み続けると慣れてきて実感が薄れますが。 粒は持ち運びに便利で使いやすいです。レビューで粒がひっつくというのが多いですが、摂取前に容器を軽く振ると、きれいにばらけます。 注文後の荷着が遅いというのは、その通りかもしれません。私の場合はこれまで2回購入しましたが、どちらも一週間程度で届いたので、さほど問題ではないです。自分でストックを持っておいたり、早めに購入したり、工夫すれば良いだけです。 値段も私は高いと思わないので満足しており、これからも使い続けるつもりです。
