Excellent greyscale printed and beautifully detailed colouring book. The books are approximately 8 x 8 inches (20 x 20cms). The quality of the 250gsm paper is 1st class lightly textured watercolour paper, which is awesome for pencil colouring, takes watercolouring pencils, paints, pastels and markers beautifully. The books are spiral bound that allows a 360° opening (so your pages lie flat) ideal for easy colouring and are printed on separate sheets. Each page is detachable (micro-perforated) for ease of removal if you want to frame them. Because of the size, its easy to pack when travelling. These books are now my all-time favourite due to the quality and the beautiful illustrations. I have two at the moment, but hope to buy all of them. I highly recommend these Coloriage Wild Collection books from Emmanuelle Colin.

Buy this colouring book, it's gorgeous!These books (this is my 2nd) are the best quality paper I have ever seen in a colouring book.The pictures are so detailed and gorgeous, I have to try and capture every insect.The style is in a pencil drawing and lines are grey, which I find great but some may find them difficult to see.The paper should take most mediums as it's very thick. It's also perforated so there's no problem with pesky centrefolds or double pages. I do remove the picture I'm colouring but the book is a flip top book so it's not necessary.I'm finding it hard to not buy the whole set and wished I'd bought 2I will be buying more, next pay day😀Brilliant book, the artist is amazingThank you

This coloring book has the most gorgeous and detailed drawings. There are 2 of each design so if you like to work with different mediums or color palettes, you can color the same page 2 different ways. The paper is nice and thick, suitable for watercolors as well as markers, colored pencils, etc. I highly recommend this book and the previous 5 that were published by the same artist.

What’s not to love? I have five of these books and have had hours of pleasure. Great quality paper suitable for paint, ink, marker pens etc., although I use coloured pencils

Oh my! What can I say about this book! It truly is stunning, such beautiful images words cannot describe how gorgeous it is! Lovely thick paper and I love that I can take them out easily to frame them because that’s what I will be doing when I’ve coloured them! Amazing

Lovely pictures, great card stock and the fact that they're on a wire binding, making it much easier when colouring. I would recommend all three books in the series. I even bought my sister one for Christmas and she loved it!

Although this book uses high quality card, I expected the book to contain many different images but having gone through all the pages, the same images appear again. Why and what is the point? Yes the pages are nice to work on because of the cardstock used but for what you get it is very over priced. Extremely disappointed. This is the reason I have given this book only 3 stars.

This book is absolutely beautiful! The paper is high quality and the artwork is outstanding. If you love a light grayscale coloring book you will not be disappointed! You can you pretty much use any medium. Watercolor pencils or paint. Colored pencils. The tooth on the paper is nice and can hold multiple layers.

high quality card, in spiral binding, perforated to remove and frame if wanted. The illustrations are just gorgeous. Perfect as a coloring book but I would say if you want to use these as springboard to your artwork, trace the image and using carbon paper (I prefer Burda transfer paper because even if you are heavy handed it is a chalk base and can wiped away for any mistakes) and trace the features you want to your journal or surface. Then have fun changing it up to make it your personal art. It is such a good basis for new artists.

The images in the book are stunning. I have seen the artist's work used for a combination of watercolour paint and watercolour pencil colouring, and am looking forward to seeing how it turns out when being used by a beginner.

El libro tiene rostros hermosos y muy expresivos, con animales, flores, hojas, pájaros... A mi parecer, todas las ilustraciones son fantásticas, con sus tan bonitos rostros y con su estilo tan maravilloso de la ilustradora Emmanuelle Colin, que transmite mucho aún sin estar coloreado.El formato del libro es en espiral, con papel blanco de magnífica calidad "Clairefontaine de 250g" y al final del libro una cartulina gruesa para un buen apoyo.Hay 28 ilustraciones pero son 14 diseños repetidos 2 veces. Todos los dibujos a una sola cara del papel.Todas las páginas están perforadas para poder quitarlas fácilmente del libro si se desea y se pueden enmarcar (al quitarlas del libro no se pierde nada del dibujo ya que las ilustraciones terminan antes de las perforaciones).El tamaño del libro contando las anillas es 20x23cm.Las hojas enteras miden 20x21cm.Las hojas perforadas miden 20x19,5cm.El margen hasta la perforación es de 1,5cm.Cualquier medio para colorear funciona bien: lápices de colores, acuarelas, pasteles, rotuladores a base de agua, bolígrafos de gel, rotuladores de tinta china.Los rotuladores a base de alcohol si dejan una sombra por detrás de la hoja pero no traspasa a la siguiente hoja. Al ser las ilustraciones a una sola cara no hay ningún problema. De todas formas, yo siempre recomiendo (independientemente del método que utilices para colorear) poner una hoja gruesa por debajo del dibujo que estás pintando y así te quedas más tranquila y segura de que no se mancha y/o estropea nada.Y como una imagen vale más que mil palabras, os dejo el vídeo del libro para que podáis verlo y así poder decidir si os interesa.
