I regret this every day
Every day I look at my white couch, I regret having used this product. I would very much prefer to still look at the million tiny cracks that were forming, rather than the current mess, which looks like someone took wite-out to it.First, there is no way to truly match the color. There are so many different shades of white. The chances that this one will perfectly match yours is extremely unlikely.Second, the material remains sticky. The first few days it is extremely sticky, to the extend that peeling your back off the couch makes a distinctive noise. After more than 2 months, and several alcohol rubbings, cleanings, and oilings, the extreme stickiness subsided, but the "repair" continues to slowly accumulate lint and dirt that stick to it and make the spots where it was applied even more obvious.Third, the material barely had an effect on the damage I wanted to repair. My couch didn't have a tear, but the material in the areas that were used most had started to form hairline cracks all over its surface. I thought that using this kit would help me prolong the life of the vinyl. Initially, it did look like it helped the cracks re-fuse, though at the expense of making the area sticky and obviously different in color. After 2 months, most of the tiny cracks are back, and I am only left with the mess that this product left behind.I have looked through the company's feedback of using alcohol to remove product if it feels too sticky. First of all, I had used very little product in an extremely thin film. There was no real layer of this stuff left; my objective was to get it into the tiny cracks, and I used the small spatula to remove most of the material. Yet, the result was an unappealing sticky mess. The alcohol application possibly helped reduce the stickiness over time, but it doesn't seem to remove the product completely, which I very much would like to do. I cannot scrape too hard, as I don't want to further damage the already fragile cracking areas.Perhaps the good reviews were dealing with gnarly gaping holes that this material successfully filled. But if you are worried about hairline cracks, and small imperfections, just don't. This product will not give you a happy ending.

Covered up large area of severely scratched/damaged leather
I have a really pretty leather sofa that's puffy and soft as a cloud, and also a truly bright white - love it! A couple years ago, I adopted a dog who scratched up the seating area very badly - there's an area in the middle of the couch that's maybe a foot square that my dog had turned dark gray/brown from trying to dig a hole in the sofa. (I wish very much I had taken before-and-after pictures.) I used this product to sort of "paint" over the middle area as well as some scratches in the surrounding area. This product is a very thick white substance, and I did maybe 8 thin coats, putting one coat on each evening so it could dry overnight. It's not perfect in the middle, where the leather was nearly destroyed, but the scratches on the surrounding areas have disappeared, and the middle is only kind of visible - if you look, you can tell it was damaged, but it's nearly white now and the damaged area appears to have been much smaller than it was. Also, the lighter scratches that were farther from the middle only needed 1 or 2 coats to cover up. This worked a lot better than I thought it would and it sure beat replacing the sofa, which is where I was headed! The kit comes with backing material and instructions on how to fill in small holes in your leather, if you need that. (I didn't.) One thing I'll mention is that there isn't a cap for the little plastic bottle that holds the "paint" so I had to wrap the tip in aluminum foil to keep the bottle from drying out between uses. I would buy this again - and I'm really hoping I don't need to! :)

It really works
I wish I would have taken a before and after photo. I purchased the Coconix leather repair several months age. I did not try it right away , I really was not convinced it would make me happy. I am very picky. I have 3 white leather ottomans and unfortunately one has sun damage from being close to a window. I really love these ottomans and have been trying to figure out what to do . I got a price to recover them and it was more than I wanted to invest. So a few days ago I pulled out the leather repair since I had nothing to loose. It’s like magic, just like the video. It works. The ottoman looks almost brand new. I needed a little more product and I contact the company directly. They could not have been nicer. When I receive the additional product, I will have 3 beautiful new leather ottomans. And saved a lot of money

Works but not for White leather
I applied it to our white leather sofas and it worked as expected but after a few days the portions that I applied it, looks darker & dirtier than the other parts. It seems it absorbs all the dirt and colors now we have a sofa with minor cracks and large portions that looks like stained.

Make sure to follow the included instructions.
The kit worked great. You have to follow the step by step process included and have patience to let each step finish before moving on to the next step. The repair we did turned out great.

Worked very well, great customer service.
I had some small rips in a white bonded leather sofa and this product did a great job of repairing them. There was slight difference in the white hue between the product and my couch but you really have to be looking for them intentionally to find the repair spots. It's been several months since I fixed it and the product has held up.

Not a great product
I had my hopes up reading other reviews but this product didn't help my couches at all. The product doesn't dry after a few hours like it claims, it's been over a week and it's still sticky even after rubbing it with rubbing alcohol. UPDATE: 3 months later and my couches are still so sticky and they have attracted tons of dust and dirt so now they are dirtier then before because of this horrible sticky product. How can this be allowed on Amazon, seriously ruined my couch.

golf cart seat
I bought this to repair a golf cart marine vinyl seat. I applied as instructed and waited 24 hrs. It was still tacky so I waited another 24 hours and started using the golf cart again. The vinyl quickly tore back open and it left a stain on the seat. I assume the stain was where the sticky material collected dirt and dust. 2 weeks later I replaced the entire vinyl cover for $59 and it was the better decision.
