Review: Very short expiry - The seller has given me a product which is just 3 months expiry.. didn't expect this from urban platter.. just be careful when you buy any product from urban platter.. Review: Wonderful stuff. Definitely buying again. - Loved it! A warm cup of clove-hibiscus tea an hour before sleeping really puts me in a good mood. Just bring water to a boil, turn off the stove and add a spoonful of hibiscus tea as well as 3 to 4 roughly crushed cloves. Let it steep for 5 minutes, strain it and grab a book to accompany it! I usually drink it straight up but you can add sugar too, since hibiscus does taste quite tart. Alternatively, a glass of hibiscus mojito is fantastic in the evening or for house parties. Prepare hibiscus tea like you normally would, strain it and chill it in the refrigerator. Muddle mint leaves, lime wedges and spoonful of fine-grain sugar in a glass. Add 30ml white rum per serving and top it off with ice and chilled hibiscus tea. You might need a bit more sugar than regular mojito to balance the tartness of the hibiscus. You could also make it without the booze for an equally refreshing drink. A hundred percent recommended.
