Art of Clean Up: Life Made Neat and Tidy

It's perfect to talk about order with young children. At my nursery, we showed the book to 3 years old and we observed them sorting toys by colour, size, shape or type. We also took pictures and compared them with the ones in the book. During meal times, it was funny to see some of them trying to organize their fruit salad ! I would live to make the same in my kids bedroom, with their toys. One day, if I have time ;-p

I bought this as a gift for a friend who suffers from the same desire for order as myself. She was so impressed with the quality of the photos that she plans to frame them for around their home. My personal favourite is the sorted 'Stars'... so now I will never look at the night sky in the same way ever again.

This book is great for anyone with a sense of humour. Ursus Wehrli takes photographs of everyday scenes and "rearranges" the contents into their component parts, all neatly sorted. I took it to work and the entire department has enjoyed looking at it and picking their favourite. I will be buying copies for friends and family for upcoming birthdays.

Lovely book. Excellent gift for anyone who loves neatness or is marginally OCD, as most of us seem to be.

The book is exactly what I was expecting. I am very pleased - only flaw was I saw this in a shop before online and in the shop it was thicker, as in it had more pages.

La scomposizione in fattori primi, portata alle sue estreme conseguenze da un "artista svizzero" (e già questo è un bell'ossimoro!), si trasforma in un vero delirio ermeneutico e psicologico, ma con un fondo indiscutibile di razionalità e di gusto artistico (e di grande ironia, anche se a prima vista non si direbbe).

c'est un vrai plaisir de feuilleter cet ouvrage : il enchante les enfants comme les adultes, branchés ou pas. Il peut faire appel à votre esprit mathématique ou à vos goûts artistiques. On peut rationaliser, rêver et s'émerveiller devant les trouvailles. . . En bref c'est un livre étonnant, décapant qu'on a envie de faire connaître. J'ai d'ailleurs passé une nouvelle commande parce que je désire l'avoir pour moi et aussi l'offrir à d'autres personnes;

Wonderful humorous book for us neat and tidy (possibly OCD?) folks. This is the 2nd time that I've ordered multiple copies of this book. It makes a marvelous gift for like-minded hosts and hostesses.
