The rice is leaving colour and turnkng whitish leaving all the water red.is it normal?

Soak the rice for about 2 hrs. some color will be lost. Do not rinse the rice by rubbing heavily. Only light rinsing twice is sufficient. The rice remains red and I found it good for health. I take little rice one's in the night. Due to fibre it helps in regulation of diaphetis.
