Why does it matter if shampoo is soy and gluten free? This is a serious question, not sarcastic, since shampoo isn't supposed to be eaten.

It's not supposed to be eaten, but when you rinse the shampoo off your hair, obviously some of it can get on your face and in your mouth, especially when you're a little kid. People with Celiac disease must not digest ANY gluten, even in trace amounts. So it is much safer for them to use shampoos, conditioners, lipsticks, toothpaste etc. that are certified GF. :)

What scent is the scent? What does it smell like?

It smells clean, like soap. I would not characterize it as fruity or flowery scented.

is this shampoo can use 4 yr kid?

Hi - This line was designed for kids 8 years and up. For a 4 year old I would recommend our sister brand Fairy Tales Hair Care. - TBH Kids

Yes! We had the same issue with my daughter, and this shampoo helped greatly. We also make sure she doesn't go to bed with wet or damp hair -- that seemed to cause issues, as well.
