Great for improvised bulb cover ! Will keep contamination out of the headlight housing.
These worked great after installing Morimoto H1leds in the High Beams on a Hyundai Starex van. Just trimmed the cover to slip over rear of the headlight housing and cut a small slit to run the wires thru.

2012 Ram 2500
They’re universal for a reason. Used them on my 2012 Ram 2500 with quad headlamps to cover the high beam after installing LED bulbs. There isn’t enough room to go over the housing so I used them on the inside. There isn’t any way to secure them but it seemed to be snug enough... Been a month and no issues thus far.

Challenging, to do.
Viable for the purpose, use is to use LED headlamps in 1998 Lincoln Navigator head light buckets to keep the inside clean when the original screw on cup does not fit with the large connector and the driver for the lamp (which,by the way he’s to be on the outside of the cup due to the temperature it operates at)
