I have a leg length discrepancy and use these in one shoe. I've tried other heel raises but these are by far the best. They are durable and can be moved from shoe to shoe. I find they last a couple of years and I buy new ones once a year. I didn't read the small print and was expecting a pair as I've always had before. There is only one so in fact they are not as cheap as they appear to be.

I'm trying all sorts of heel inserts, this one I found not the correct height and very hard. Not your fault it wasn't the correct height as I say i'm trying to find out what suits me.
