Balneol Hygienic Cleansing Lotion 3 oz (Pack of 5)

Very good product. Have used it for years with great satisfaction.

Suggested by my doctor to recover from surgery. I've tried other brands and versions of this type of product but I keep going back to Balneol because it works the best. Five stars for the product. Two stars because it's so expensive.

Product was great but the mailing of it created a problem and this company acted on it immediately so thanks to them I had my products returned and new ones delivered.

The shipper failed to make sure the caps on all bottles were on tight. Some of the product leaked out during shipment. Otherwise, everything was fine.

To thoroughly clean peri-anal area after bowel movements. I am allergic to toilet paper; even the softest kind. A little Balneol on the toilet paper is a game changer!! It cleans and soothes.

Based on a doctor's recommendation, I have been using Balneol for years. I use it every day and "never leave home without it". I strongly recommend it. I have downrated it in hopes the manufacturer will take note and correct a recent change in the bottle cap. The cap shown in the listing here is the old style that worked great for dispensing the desired amount. The product is now produced with a different style that is not nearly as good. The amount of product expressed when the bottle is squeezed is difficult to control. I contacted the company to complain and was told that the change was due to a lack of availability of the old cap. Bottom line is that if you have any of the old bottles, save the old caps. They fit the bottles that are being shipped now and work much better!
