When I decided to buy some horn forms I read a lot of reviews of various brands. The theme was consistent of sharp edges and/or sizes that were too small . When I happened on the Craftit Edibles Large Cream Horn Molds I decided to take a chance on them. I have not been disappointed. The quality of the stainless steal, the size of the cone, the overall construction and the fact that the edges have been dulled to minimize the sharpness of the raw edges has made this purchase a winner for me.Another common complaint that I read in the reviews of all forms is that the horns were difficult to remove from the form. One cause may be that the puff pastry had not been cooked long enough and the inside was still too moist, but I discovered with the Craftit Edibles forms, by gently squeezing the form and twisting the pastry, the horns were more easily removed from the form. I can't speak for other brands, but this one is constructed well enough that squeezing does not damage or distort the form.

Much bigger, sturdier and higher quality than my previous ones, can't wait to use them.

They are the size I expected, they are a substantial weight and hold the shape. I took a star off because the description says they are non-stick. They are not.

Perfect for making Cuban pastries called Capuchinos.Requires folded parchment paper inside which I knew. Excellent price and seems durable. Nothing shaped like this is easy to clean but its not a defect. The Wilton rack I bought to hold them isn't tall enough and is flimsy, but I adapted it to work. Not really using these for their intended purpose but anyone making Capuchinos won't be disappointed

Product is ok. However, the seams separated a little during baking. Not as well-made as I thought - Still usable but disappointed in product flaw of separating. I sustained a deep cut on my hand while hand-washing, them as the open end is extremely sharp!!!! Would not buy again. Sorry

I bought these after I had bought the cannoli mold kit (so easy to use) from the same company and again they were great easy to use the pastry slid of with no problems and the kids loved making there own from start to finishGreat fun
