Night and day improvement, even over brand new OE shocks. It has enough dampening!
I used to be a big "what comes on silverado's" brand fan. Not any more. 2003 2500HD Duramax 4x4 was just a little "floaty" on the front end going down the road with fairly new "variable dampening" expensive (quality brand) shocks. Put these on and it is planted and handles great. Tow a 34 foot 5th wheel and zero handling issues. Ride quality is excellent and comfortable, but HUGE improvement in feeling like it is glued to the road. I am so impressed I ordered another set for another truck of mine. Night and Day difference. Seriously exceeded every expectation, truck rides and handles better than I have ever experienced (and I have driven many GMT 800's). Best shock at any price for a daily driven and daily worked truck, loaded or unloaded.

Ok, these shocks were for a 2004 Chevy 2500 turbo diesel The old shocks were very difficult to remove as the upper mounting nut was difficult to undo due to there being no way to hold the shaft, which just turns when trying to remove it. Had to use a pipe wrench jammed hard at 90 degrees to the shaft to grip it, as it’s extremely hard steel These new ones have a metal upper tube body with an integral nut, which is ideal for holding the shaft steady whilst tightening the mounting nut, making the job much, much easier; a dream to install Excellent fit, strong rubber mounts and a good ride quality. Highly recommended

Used on 2002 chevy 2500 4x4. Truck tows trailers regular and is frequently loaded heavy. Shocks hold up great and perform well.

2004 Silverado 2500HD. Lubed top and bottom lug nuts early in the morning, 15MM short socket and adjustable wrench or vise grips to loosen old nut, 19 MM top nut, adjustable wrench to tighten after ( New shocks). 21MM deep socket on ratchet, short socket 21MM on breaker bar. Truck drives like new no more slow and high speed wobbling and while stopping. Worth every penny. Car jack to raise truck and rotor to adjust bottom hole of shock and one candle. Might not be the right one
I think there is something wrong with the search filter cause even though these fit and work like they are supposed to I believe I require heavier duty ones for my make model of vehicle. Maybe check with the seller before hand to see about size and fitment.

These shocks were for my "multi use pick-up. Weather a heavy load or empty pick-up now a nice ride
