I did a lot of research on luggage because I travel for my job all the time I went to pack the other day and my luggage was not there. It had been moved to the trash because the Airlines always trash it and my wife thought I wanted my luggage gone. So I have done all the research for you on this particular piece. It’s workmanship its ratings and durability and not to mention the #Warranty. Now the . It’s workmanship it’s ratings and durability and not to mention the #Warranty. Now the caveat, yes, the Airline, which they have a reputation for beats the living daylight out of your luggage and destroys it. It is not covered by the warranty, but if you have a wheel pop off because for some reason, some airports have cobblestone walkways outside and one breaks off you’re in luck. I have looked at the #Warranty and you do not have to find that wheel or send it in. Now, unfortunately, this item arrived late for me and I had a flight that I needed to pack for so I had to buy a different one. I did return this, but I regret returning it because Amazon offered me $18 to keep it which would’ve made the cost less for me and I’m sure I would’ve used it again but I just don’t wanna be a hoarder and have a bunch of stuff I don’t use but anyway, this is a great product. I highly recommend it. Now should my wife have to pay for it since she threw my other stuff out? I guess we’ll never know.

I cannot love this suitcase enough. I’ve had it for 6 years now and I travel for work about every 2 weeks. This suitcase has been everywhere with me. It has held up extremely well. The handle is strong (holds my work backpack). The wheels are large and roll well. It easily fits in overhead bins. It fits everything I need for a week. The top and bottom are separated allowing me to keep things like shoes away from my clothes. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. It works best for carry on. I have checked it before, but baggage handling can be rough on the exterior. I highly recommend this bag and will buy again if my current one ever fails me, but so far it is in great shape.

The look and quality seemed great. The rolling was smooth and it felt lightweight. It also had some great inside zipper compartments; better than my Delsey luggage that is much more expensive. I can’t speak to durability as I ultimately returned. I needed another large hardside luggage; I have a 3 piece set already but specifically wanted another large one for an upcoming trip. Unfortunately, I measured this suitcase to be under 30 inches and looked more like my medium 28 inch luggage I already have. Also in the “Top Highlights” it lists the weight at 10.76 lbs, but in the “Product Specifications” it says 9.6 lbs. I read the specifications and in fact it was 10.76 lbs. - that might be just fine for most buyers but worth noting.

I love this suitcase. It is expandable to fit more, and comes with a TSA lock for international travel. It is also very lighweight. It made it to europe and back without a problem. Great value for the price! I recommens buying a belt for around the suitcase to easier find them on the conveyor belt as black is a very common color for suitcases.

Quality as expected

Bought this in February for an Alaskan cruise in May. The wheel broke off after the first use. Return window closed in March. Very frustrated. Too expensive to be this poorly constructed.

I needed a small suitcase with wheels that had a chance of fitting in the overhead bins of a CRJ and after reading the reviews found this one in black. In terms of looks and functionality it is perfect. I was able to stash three days of business clothes (two extra pairs of shoes), my laptop AND a projector. For a three flights out and three flights back with tight connections I did not want to "wing check" for the one critical CRJ flight. So, with a purse and this small carry-on I headed out. I still cannot answer the question of whether it will fit in the CRJ overhead bin as there was an equipment change on the CRJ flight to a larger jet. I like the clamshell opening, the lock and handle. For steering across airport/hotel carpeting, it rolls easily on two wheels. On concrete and hard surfaces it really moves without effort upright on four wheels. I have already used it again for a quick weekend trip and it will be my go-to luggage for short jaunts. I am a suitcase-junkie and still so glad I bought it.

I am a frequent flyer and this has become my go-to suitcase. I used to travel with a small roller bag and a garment bag but I've been able to fit everything into this one suitcase. It's made packing and traveling easier. I use a simple soft sided garment bag, fold it up and zip it into the top compartment. So easy to unpack and everything is wrinkle free. Highly recommend it if you can get one.
