This a very little light, shelf stable, oil that I use at my office. It has no smell and soaks into the skin gently with out leaving one feeling like a greased up axle.

Great MCT oil. I have tried several brands and I do not notice the difference in the taste or quality of this brand and it is less expensive. I will be a repeat customer. I am a fan of MCT oil.

The best food grade oil. I use it in my massage practice, and clients love it, especially my facial buccal massage ones because it isn't thick and doesn't have a smell or taste to it.

The oil, having originated from India, had me concerned about the heavy metal content of it. It looks like there is no reason for concern. I added the Certificate of Analysis for the lot number I received. As you can see, it is very clean. Other lot numbers would be slightly different but probably not by much.

MCT oil at a good price. Works for me in my coffee. I went through the gallon in 3 to 4 months; an ounce at a time, I haven't had the problems that the one star reviewers claim, but I do mix in coconut milk and collagen peptide powder with a blender... taste fine. People who look for a coconut aroma and flavor are barking up the wrong tree... MCT is processed, has no odor. Also if you are looking for a cooking oil you want to get Refined also no odor. This is for other uses.

I guess all good things must taste bad. I guess this is what MCT oil suppose to taste like DO NOT take more than ONE teaspoon at first, or you will have stomach cramps and spend most of the day in the bathroom. I guess later you get used to it. The exact benefit is difficult to verify without a glucose monitor
