Great oil
The best food grade oil. I use it in my massage practice, and clients love it, especially my facial buccal massage ones because it isn't thick and doesn't have a smell or taste to it.

Perfect For Herbal Tinctures
I use this Organic MCT oil to make Cannabis tinctures for my chronic spinal issues. Boil water in teakettle. Fill brown 2oz bottle to just below full, leaving enough room to add one syringe of FSO Cannabis oil. Heat up still capped syringe of FSO oil and the open 2oz bottle of MCT oil in a coffee mug, using hot water from kettle. Allow this to heat up items in the mug for 5 minutes. Then combine the FSO into the MCT oil. Wrap the bottle with a paper towel and cover bottle with a cap. Shake vigorously for another 5 minutes to thoroughly combine. This method will produce approximately a (10 - 15) MG of THC per (1) ML dose of MCT oil.

Wonderful clean tasting Product
I bought this product because it has C8 and C10 fats only so it is closer to pure. To my surprise it has a very pure and delicious clean taste with a Coconut essence. Too bad I have to place limits on how much I use.

Steady weight loss
MCT oil helps me steadily lose weight. I've tried to apply 1 tablespoon to my food, but it upsets my stomach. I have had no issues applying half a tablespoon to my food at breakfast and dinner. There is no taste nor smell to the oil. For me, it does not make my food greasy.

ok the oil is fantastic and at a great price. the reason for 4 stars is packaging. I cannot believe they do not put in a box. when I recieved it, the cap is broken. I'm thankful the seal wasn't broken and that it didn't leak. seriously though? please put in a box. smh
