Insoles for Women Men Memory Foam Shoe Inserts Feet Pain Relief All-Day Use

Have purchased dozens of insoles over the years and really love these over more expensive or name-brand inserts. The memory foam is thick and spongy, has a lot of bounce to it, and doesn't flatten with consistent use. I'm still using my first pair over two years later, but I also rotate my shoes and don't wear the same pair daily. Some important things to note: These are very thick and won't work for all shoes! For example, if your shoe has a low profile like Converse or flats, your feet will not properly sit in the shoe anymore and you'll feel like they are slipping off constantly or that the toe bed is too tight. These work best for sneakers or boots where you have a lot of wiggle room. Also, if you have supination (outward rolling) in your feet like me, you may not like these, or you will need to "train" yourself to walk properly by shifting your weight towards the insides of your feet because the arches are quite supported and the material doesn't mold to your feet, which may worsen your supination. I just learned to walk a bit different to accommodate the extra bounce. Best use for these is shock absorption and heel pain. Not for everyone because feet issues are very specific. Still give these 5 stars despite the things I pointed out because they are very affordable and made walking many hours a day easier on my feet.

Ok, so thanks to the lockdown from the Covid19, I had to quit going to the gym and start running outdoors on pretty much a daily basis again - 3 miles per day. And of course I found that I was not thrilled with the shock absorption on my Asics which have a gel heel but my model does not have a gel forefoot feature, so that is where my support was lacking. So I ordered all 3 insole types below in hopes of finding the ones that felt the best. By the way, I've been running off and on since the mid-70's on my cross country team and then a 10K or 2 most years, so lots of shoes and running experience. So here are the ones I tested and my net feelings for each (all had good reviews on Amazon): X-Muscle $30 - Overhyped. Perhaps some fake reviews here. Decent support but nothing special. About equal to the Dr. Scholl's below so save the money! Forefoot support decent but thin so not what I was seeking. Dr. Scholl's Running $13 - big name in the industry. Basic and better than what you get in your name brand running shoes. Good thick heel support . Thin forefoot support even though there is supposedly some gel support there. I'll use these some but was not thrilled. These Insoles $9 - I don't even know what brand these are but they did have good reviews here and were cheap so I tried them. So you guessed it, these felt better than the other 2 pairs. Soft, yet comfortable and providing good support where needed after my 3 mile test run. Better forefoot cushioning than the other 2. Very decent heel support as well. Most comfortable and no pain during or after the run. I cannot tell you how well these will wear over the long haul vs the other 2 brands but I can tell you my experience on my first run with these was better than the other 2. So netting it out, I suggest you start with these and see how you like them. They're the cheapest and feel really good and provide excellent cushioning. If they hold up more than a couple of months then you got your money's worth for sure. So lesson learned - unlike my wife's philosophy - the most expensive is NOT always the best. That's why I keep an open mind...

Great Birkenstock dupe. I loved my Birks and they lasted me 20 years before falling apart. However, with teenagers and their expensive taste - I usually by myself dupes. These are a great and affordable dupe and actually comfortable unlike many I have tried. I normally wear a 7.5-8, ordered the 8 and it’s perfect.

These insoles honestly made a noticeable difference for me. I’d say foot pain dropped by around 65 percent, just based on how they feel day to day. They’re sturdy enough to handle regular use and even hold up well with weekly washes in the laundry machine. Just don’t put them in the dryer. Let them air dry outside, preferably on a warm and breezy day, and they’ll stay in good shape. One thing to keep in mind is sizing. They work best for men’s sizes up to about 8.5 or 9 US. If you’ve got bigger feet, they might not stretch or fit as comfortably. But for average sizes and below, they really do the job and feel great overall.

Sister thought might work for her but we have high arches and it doesn't feel comfortable to me to have slight support at arch but have a larger raised bump towards opposite side of arch which makes no sense have never seen that. Wish that was more clear would have never purchased. Glad it was cheaper so I don't care about it being a waste. Seems ok otherwise is soft enough with sticky bottom and non slip upper.

Love it! I ordered these when I was dealing with foot pain (I have flat feet), and the relief was almost immediate. My feet honestly haven’t felt this good in a long time. I’ve used a well-known brand of insoles for years for extra comfort, but this one is WAY better. The support and cushioning are noticeably superior. They’re soft when you press on them, flexible, and not hard or rigid on the feet, which makes a huge difference in overall comfort. One thing I was curious about before buying since other reviews didn’t specifically mention it was whether they felt soft when pressed. I’m happy to say yes, they do! Great product, great quality, and my foot pain is literally gone!

Seem to be well made. Haven't worn them walking, yet, but tried them on in shoes and they made my shoes more comfortable.

I like how thick they are and it's actually very comfortable to wear in my work shoes when I'm on my feet for 8 hours straight.

I think these insoles made me realize my instep was on trouble and dare I say- could be responsible for my 8/10 daily knee pain for the last year? I think my feet have been turning onwards and I didn't know it. These push up my instep and hurt, but after a week, I noticed some relief and when I'm not wearing my knees go back to killing me.
