The only difference is getting 5 packages of the medicine vs. 1 pack. I recommend 5 if you are using it to treat the whole family as 1 pack may not be enough to cover everyone. Many people also need to do a follow-up dose 3 weeks later so the 5 pack ensures you have enough.
