Great Product, super easy to use.
Great tool for those troubling compacted bald areas on your lawn. This product was super easy to assemble, no tools needed. I bought 2 82V batteries with a speed charger. I absolutely love this tool. I plan on purchasing the Snapper trimmer and chain saw in the coming weeks.

Great for small areas
This is a great tiller for small yards. So far I've done a garden bed and a section of lawn that hadn't survived the summer and have been very impressed. The battery life seems accurate and adequate for my needs and the tiller itself seems plenty powerful and doesn't bog down (and my soil isn't the best). My one complaint, it seems like they could have come up with a better/simpler way to remove or otherwise get the wheels out of the way. To the people who complain this is tool only / battery separate: you should not buy this particular tiller because it's good and you need one. You should do your research and find a battery powered yard tool brand / ecosystem that suits your needs and then commit to that ecosystem. I did that with the Snapper 82V system a couple years ago and now have 4 tools (mower, blower, trimmer, and now the tiller), and the same two original batteries. I wouldn't want to pay for a new battery and charger every time I bought a new tool!

A good machine for specific use.
This is a very nice tiller for previously worked soil. Not to break ground in hard clay soil but great for raised bed gardening It is light but does pack a punch. It pulverizes with its numerous sharp tines. You would need a full size tiller for large unworked areas but its portability and ability to work small tight areas fit my needs perfectly.

Item does not come put together or with all the pieces
No all pieces for assembly were included so I can't use the product. It's useless to me and I can't return it either

Excellent Choice
I use this product to till up my backyard and what a job it did this is a little champ of a cordless tiller and works very well I'm glad I got it. It doesn't take long to charge exactly 30 minutes as said in the manual and you work for 30 minutes and you let it charge for 30 minutes it's very good. Whoever designed this baby deserves a 25% raise from the Company.

It didn't have all the parts
When I got the tiller it was missing the hardware to lock in the tines and wheels. Also there is no batteries so I can use it. On the picture when I ordered it showed it had a battery with it. How do I get these items?

Received defective unit that could not be assembled: Updated
Unable to assemble due to faulty construction. There is a two-piece bracket that the wheels are supposed to attach to. In order to secure the wheel assembly to the main assembly, you must secure it with a bolt, that passes through both parts of the two-piece bracket. However, the holes in either side of the bracket do not line up, so I can't attach the wheel assembly. Will update after I contact Snapper support and see how they want to correct this. Update: Contacted Snapper support via phone during business hours. Answered promptly, but they were unable to find any information pertaining the the model number of the cultivator. He suggested I take the cultivator to the nearest Snapper service center, which was about an hour drive from me. Rather than spend a bunch of time and gas money at what I assume would have been a pointless effort, I contacted Amazon and began the return process. Amazon accepted the return and sent me another unit out promptly, which was not defective like the first. Hole was in the right place. So Kudos to Amazon, but Snapper's support still gets a D-. After assembling and using the new unit to till up my raised garden, I am pleased with it. Takes a lot less time and effort than using the cultivator attachment for the string trimmer tool, which is what I did last season. It does drain the 2.0ah battery fairly quickly but since I have two of them I was able to get the entire garden done in about an hour. Was able to get a lot more leverage on the tool compared to the string trimmer attachment, which meant I was able to till much deeper in a single pass. Last season it took me several passes with the attachment cultivator and I still don't think it got as deep as the walk behind unit did in a single pass. So definitely worth it.

Father's Day Surprise
Not knowing a lot about gardening tools I used what I knew about Briggs motors in vehicles as part of the choosing process. It works great and my husband is very pleased with the easy of assembly and use, given he has and uses a lot of power tools and he is very choosy when it comes to quality.
