I believe this was effective to prevent illness.
Chewable and tastes good. I believe it was helpful to prevent me from getting sick when I started using as soon as I started feeling swollen lymph glands.

ADULT DAILY DOSAGE: 4 TABLETS
I really wish I had read the fine print on how many tablets an adult needs to take. I thought this price was great until I got the vitamins today and directions for adults are 4 TABLETS!!! This bottle won’t last long when 2 adults are taking this daily. Not a bad taste BUT 4 vitamins is a lot to chew!!!

It’s Airborne and tastes good
I suck on one in the morning like candy. It vitamin C … anything to ward away viruses, I’m in! Plus it Airborne. What more can you ask.
