I have had my phone switched over just a day and so far so good. I went to metro and had them swap my SIM card from my older iPhone to the new one purchased and it went on perfectly, no issues and metro confirmed it’s an authentic iPhone.. As far as the condition mine came in I can say it looks brand new not one scratch or nick-nothing! The Face ID works great as well battery came at 86% I will update more as I use it longer and try things out and do an update… but as I said so far so good and I’m very happy with my purchase thus far. Also the seller was very kind and answered me right away on a question I had prior to my purchase . :)

pretty good phone. if you have bigger hands it can get a bit frustrating using it but for the amount of storage and it’s capabilities for the $$$ it’s great

Phone worked well for about 3 weeks before it would start overheating and would freeze when trying to make calls making the phone inaccessible without a force shut down. The battery life is laughable. On a good day it’ll make it 4-5 hours before it’s below 10% and this is with the phone mostly being idle in my purse. The facial recognition is touch and go. With no makeup and my hair up it works but when my hairs down or I have makeup on it won’t recognize me. The corners of the screen won’t always register my touch and I find myself often haven’t to tap twice on something in order for the screen to Register I’m tapping something and this is without the usage of a screen protector. I Overall regret buying this phone and wish I hadn’t wasted so much money. Buyers beware.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my new phone. This is my first iPhone after being an Android user. Out of the box I was extremely happy that the screen and body of the phone were flawless. It works great, I love all of my iPhone features from Siri, facial recognition, and the ability to heart my text messages. I love the size of the XS compared to the clunky Galaxy i had before. It came with a charger and super long cable, which all seemed to be in new condition. It doesn't come with headphones, which I knew from the description and other reviews. After having it for about 2 weeks, I'm noticing the battery life could be better, but this may also be due to my usage and it's still better then my old phone. Tonight my xs died while I had it plugged in and charging. An hour later, I still couldn't get it to charge which scared me and made me think it was something wrong with the phone. I switched charging ports and finally started to see a charge. So don't put too much faith in The "Ashley Audio and Accessories" branded charger so as not to get stranded with a dead phone. Replace the charger with something more trustworthy. The return policy seems pretty good and gave me piece of mind that if it was a problem with the phone, I'd have options for returning it without too much lost.

Bought this for Mother’s Day to replace my mom’s old 6s. It came quickly and in excellent condition. No scratches, no dents, the screen was perfect. I can understand others disappointment with their battery max cap at 75%. But the phone I received had a 93% which I am not going to complain about. I am looking forward to gifting this to my mom!

The phone was supposed to be in excellent shape but it had some large scratches and will not hold charge a full day and the phone not even being used. I do not recommend this item.

I bought this to replace an iPhone 7 that was also an Amazon Renewed product, and have been thoroughly satisfied. It had tons of storage for several apps, videos, and imagery, along with audio and documents. It'll still be supported by Apple for several more years, and was a bargain when I got it a year ago. I immediately had it sent in to Apple to replace the battery for longevity, and I expect to get at least three more years out of the device before I upgrade to a 13, so it's a steal if you've got the self-discipline to buy refurbished iPhones a few generations back, and don't need or will even use most of the capability of the newest phones.

Tardo unos días en llegar el iPhone pero llegó en excelentes condiciones, estéticamente impecable, el funcionamiento al 100%, la batería está al 89% lo que es esperado y no sorprende porque es renovado, pero valió la pena la espera, recomendado 100 %
