Been using for 3 months now. I’ve tried many protein shakes this is the only one I’ve seen weight gain they say take 6 scoops but that sounds like a lot so I do 3 and I’m still seeing results. I usually get the vanilla one so I can mix with fruits in a smoothie but due to being broke I got the strawberry one it doesn’t taste good in a smoothie unless you have a strawberry smoothie but still it’s very thick tastes like cake mix but alone with water literally tastes like strawberry Yahoo drink

The taste is like every other protein shake, almost there but still can taste the artificial aftertaste… at least for me all protein shakes pretty much taste similar. 3 scoops is a serving, it looks like a lot but it’s just fine everything dissolves well unless you throw everything in together at once then sometimes you can can a small amount stuck at the bottom of your shaker. Adding it more gradually will remove any undissolved bits.

Absolutely smooth as silk when mixed, flavour is perfect not too strong or mild for me that is. seeing good gains.

When bought was on sale so was 100% worth it as my husband always uses this was great value for money

I bought this coz it said gluten free. It actually isn't
