I've used this product off & on a few times now. I do use just one softgel at a time (a day when I take it) vs recommendations of 3 for a serving. I'm a bit cautious with herbal products to see how they work before taking larger quantities. For most of my "tests" I have noted improvement with not getting up as often at night as well as the easier and more complete elimination of wastes. This also has improved my sleep at least a little because I don't notice being as uncomfortable as I have in the past. So I do believe the product is having some beneficial effects. I don't believe my troubles are as advanced as others so this may be a product that is more helpful for early stages or maybe the higher dose will work for those with more advanced problems. I do appreciate getting the 180 cnt bottle for the price as I anticipate it will last a long time. So far I haven't used even half of the bottle after several months. I also like the variety of ingredients. I have purchased Lycopene, Green tea extract, Turmeric, and some others listed on the label as individual items in past. Now they are all together so I have fewer bottles on my counter. I've used various NOW products for over 15+ years and find their quality quite good and the claims of benefits to generally perform as they intend. I will routinely look for a herbal supplement I need from NOW before investigating other vendors.

So far, so good! Normal PSAs since switching. Doesn’t hurt the stomach, doesn’t smell, no taste, is easy to take, and I sleep like a baby and wake with energy!

If I skip a dose, I start noticing within a couple hours. Works well!

Over a A year and a half ago, while in the gym my gym buddy pours some pre workout powder in my cup of water and tells me it’s billed as the “worlds most powerful pre workout supplement”. Waking up at all hours of the night. Folks I never been so scared in my life. And always needing a bathroom nearby. THEN…I discovered this product in my desperation to fix my uncontrolled bladder. Received it overnight. Started taking it according to instructions IMMEDIATELY. I could feel it working. In 3 days, I was BACK TO NORMAL! Hooray! Prostate health by NOW with the SAVE! This stuff is ok. The only issue I have with it is it has green tea (caffeine). I stopped taking it, because the caffeine was giving me headaches and starting to make my acid reflux act up again. Even small doses can aggravate an older person.

I had recurring prostatitis for 1 year now, and i ve been prescribed antibiotics and alfa blockers many times already. Still the painful symptomes were always there, difficulty and frequent urination, discomfort the whole day, low sex drive bcz of the constant pain. Since day one i have seen 50% imrovment, and 2 days later everything is almost normal. I dont know if this is a permanent treatment or you're meant to take it for the rest of your life, but at least it works, better then the useless harmful antibiotics and the ugly side effect of alfoo.
