How much standardized extract, and what percentage is in each capsule? These are the important numbers.

I contacted NOW about this a couple of years ago and they told me the 160 mg product is standardized to 85-95% fatty acids, just like their 320 mg product. Why they don't put that on the bottle is beyond me, but that's what they said. One difference between the two products is the 160 mg one is not a vegetarian capsule, while the 320 mg product, which contains carrageenan, *is* vegetarian. In response to questions about this, NOW has said the carrageenan makes the 320 mg capsule vegetarian.

Saw Palmetto Extract with Pumpkin seed oil and zinc are great for relief of prostrate and bladder hold-ups and retainment at night. If used with a beta-blocker prescription consult your doctor.

I guess it works??

I've been using this pretty consistently for the last month or two due to the claims that it helps with prostate health and maybe some ED issues. I can't really say that it's done much for the ED, as I haven't really noticed much of improvement, but it has seemed to have helped with the too frequent and sudden need to urinate badly. Pill size is not too big and it's super easy to swallow due to it's gel like capsule.

Seniors are you waking up to Pee multiple times a night?

More expensive than you think

It’s a legit stuff but be aware - you are buying only 22.5 days supply. It’s not obvious from the first sight because it says serving size is 2 capsules but if you pay attention then it says take 2 capsules twice a day! Who would sell less than a month supply??? They’ve done everything for you to believe it’s a good deal. Very deceiving!
