I absolutely love this pudding’ I love the taste I am a big fan of coconut and the texture and the amount of sweetness is perfect it’s not overly sweet ! I love the fact that I can take it with me anywhere and not worry about it having to stay chilled! You can have it for breakfast ,midday snack or after dinner dessert! It goes really well with fruit and berries especially raspberries! Great product !❤️

I order a ton on Amazon, but pretty much never write reviews. This pudding is so freaking good though, I felt compelled. I’m not a pudding person, but I decided to try this because I love their coconut roll cookies. I’ve only tried the chocolate, and it is cray-mazing! I love the little coconut bits, which are soft and give a cool rice pudding texture (there is no coconut flavor to this pudding, that I can detect). Oddly it is this same texture that I think turns off my kids. So far I’ve had two of my sons try it, and neither one loves it. They don’t dislike it, they’re just not knocking down the door for more, whereas I literally spend my day thinking about when I can have another cup without feeling like a pig. Thankfully the sugar count is very low. That might be the other reason my boys don’t love it; maybe it’s not sweet enough for them? The chocolate rocks, I totally recommend it!!!

What happened to the product quality on this? I’ve been buying this for months now and it’s been creamy whole-grain rice and just enough sweetness. I even enjoy the pieces of coconut in it. This last batch I ordered however, is horrible. I don’t know how you can call it pudding. It’s not creamy at all. There’s hardly any liquid in it. The rice is all dry and it’s pulverized. There’s no grains of rice to be found. Plus, it hardly has any flavor anymore. Very disappointed I bought two cases and now I can’t even eat it.

I really like that this rice pudding is shelf stable and vegan. I am vegan and can take this in the go, packed for lunch, or keep in my desk at work for a snack. Those are great points. But I have to say the flavor is not my favorite. It tastes “healthy” so if you are looking for that you will be very happy. To me there is just too much coconut flavor - especially with the coconut chunks. It is not the creamy smoothness I am used to for rice pudding. For rice pudding - it tastes “off”. Rice pudding enthusiasts will be disappointed but coconut lovers may really like this as a “coconut” snack. So depends what you are looking for. But definitely look at this as a coconut snack - and not rice pudding.

This product tastes great. Personally I love both the flavor and the texture. I do wish two things tho: 1. While I love this flavor with the tiny pieces of coconut chunks, I wish there was another option which I could also buy which had the same exact coconut milk rice pudding but without the chunks of coconut. I like the coconut chunks, but sometimes am not in the mood for them (or maybe if I wanted to use this in a recipe which would not work with the chunks). I'd buy both types if they were available. 2. The product is quite expensive ...its a shame when you can get dairy pudding for dirt cheap when dairy milk takes up so many more resources as compared to plant based milks, but any of the plant based products are so much more expensive. I can get the same amount of dairy pudding snack packs for about $3.50. I don't expect this product to be THAT cheap, but it always the non dairy products are many times the price. You would think that getting milk directly from plants instead of growing plants, feeding them to cows from infancy to maturity, breeding the cows so they give milk (all the expense, time, and resources that are required to do all that) would mean that plant based dairy snacks would be LESS expensive, not 6x more expensive. Its a shame we can't get plant based things for fair prices when by all notions of reasonableness they should be cheaper to make.

I was SO looking forward to this, but I don’t like it. The taste and sweetness are ok, but it has real coconut pieces in it which kills it for me. I don’t like the texture and it’s just too much coconut. I loved another brand that is having supply issues so I was hoping this would work. If you love real coconut, then give it a try.

Wow! I wasn’t sure when I first tasted this. When I followed the instructions and stirred the pudding, the blending of the ingredients, brought it to another level. Both my husband and I needed to decide who got the last remaining cup - so I decided to reorder it! We’re very happy with it🥰.
