My dad used to use this. He liked the result. 75 packets with 10.75 grams is correct.

Does this have probiotics?

I looked at the package, and do not see any obvious probiotics. The ingredients on the package are: Banana flakes, Bimuno (trans-galactooligosaccharides, lactose, glucose, galactose). Contains milk. Gluten free. Low in Lactose: 0.27 g/packet. Hope this helps.
