I have bought a lot of shave gels, shave oils, shaving soaps and gels during my shave journey abandoning the mass marketed gels by the likes of Gillette and King of Shaves. I have bought and used a number of far better products (in my opinion) such as Somerset's shave oils, Arko shave sticks, Cello shave soaps and most of Taylor of Bond Street's range. I have also used soaps by Trumper , such as Eucris, products from Edwin Jagger and luxury products by Castle Forbes Aqua di Parma. Trumper's Eucris and Aqua di Parma shave soap and creams are expensive and are not (in my opinion) as good as they could be for the price, whilst both Arko and Cello, although cheap, give excellent shaves. I bought this product as it appealed to me, being Vegan friendly and I liked the note break down as I like neroli. This cream is absolutely superb. It lathers well and creates an excellent barrier between face and blade. Before reviewing a product I ensure that I have several days of coarse beard growth to truly test the efficacy of the product. This (although superbly priced) exceeded all my expectations. I had a very close. comfortable shave with the beautiful fragrance similar to Tom Ford's Neroli Portofino (Which I own). Absolutely superb. Do not hesitate to buy as it is far better than many others available!

Definite citrussy scent, good lather for shaving. If you like orange/citrus scents, you will like this.

pricey for what it is, i have used it in a jug against two brand name creams and found the lather slightly smoother than either. it lathers easily but seems to have an oily feel. scent is mild which is fine as i dont need my shave foam competing with my cologne. does tend to leave a residue on my shaving mug unless i wash, dry and polish it straight after use. doesnt tend to clog my safety razor but does leave a film on my straight razor

First time I have used this seller or this product. Have always used the Bond Street sellers. I have to say I am very impressed with this shaving cream. On opening the container you are met with a lovely aroma. Sadly, like nearly all other creams. the aroma does not really remain after shaving then showering. which I do in that order. It may last longer if shaving is the last routine. However. I purchased this for it's shaving qualities. In that aspect it is great. I use a small shaving bowl to mix the cream on the brush. I find the smallest amount quickly lathers into great cream which more than gives sufficient for at least 2 shaves, should they be needed. I have a heavy beard but find this cream does what it says it will do. My suggestion would be to experiment for the first few shaves to see how much cream to put on brush. I had 2 full shaves off the small amount that was on the lid. A cosmetic bonus is that the container is fairly small. so fits easily into shower bags etc. Will try other products from this seller.

Best I've ever known. Leaves the skin supple and helps the razor glide. Doesn't contain the harsh chemicals others use as fillers and preservatives. This is a super upgrade to the shaving experience. Lathers easily. Their lime version is also excellent. The tubs last for ages.

I don't want to be too critical of this product just because of the scent. It smells just like Brylcreem, which isn't a big favourite of mine. That said, the scent does fade when lathering and I must say, for a relatively inexpensive shaving cream, this performed as well as the more expensive ones. I was very impressed with the glide, cushion and slickness. I would definitely recommend and I will definitely use it again even though I'm not over keen on the scent.

This is a really manly, genuine and “as it once used to be” shaving cream. From the moment you start mixing with water to make cream you get that “at the proper barber” feeling, even if you’ve never experienced it proper. Just the smell is an instant validation: this is the real deal! Having said that, you’ll also have to spirting a skin to match this bad boy! If you, like me, do not shave on a regular basis and your skin is sensitive please give this product a miss, it BURNS! When I first used I ended up looking like Samantha from Sex and the City after a chemical peel! I thought it’s me and having a really bad skin day! But then it happened again although a little less redness as I made sure my akin was in perfect condition (my standards) and ready for some tough love! The third and last time I used it it made it obvious that this is not for me by any means! Even without a sensitive skin ono should be quite quick during shaving (again, by my standards as not experienced) in order to feel great afterwards! And definitely it should be a once and done shaving operation, if you get it wrong and need to repeat you’ll definitely burn your skin. To sumit it up: -Sensitive skin and/or inexperienced at shaving? RUNN!!! -Are you a hard core man, comfortable with shaving and with a skin that most humans would kill for? This is definitely your best shaving companion and would make you feel proud to use it! Or something to that effect...
