Excellent Quality Chia Seeds – Fresh, Nutritious, and Effective!
I've been using Nourish You Raw Chia Seeds (250g) for a few weeks now, and I'm genuinely impressed with the quality. The seeds are clean, fresh, and have a great texture when soaked—perfect for smoothies, overnight oats, or just mixed into water. They're an excellent source of plant-based protein and fiber, which has really helped with my digestion and kept me feeling fuller for longer. I’ve noticed a positive difference in my energy levels and even some progress in weight management. It’s reassuring to know I’m getting added heart health benefits too, all from a natural superfood. Definitely worth the price, and I’ll be repurchasing!

Nice but overpriced
Cleans the gut but could be cheaper. Atleast quality is excellent.

Tiny Superfood with Big Benefits – Excellent Quality Chia Seeds!
I’ve been using Nourish You Raw Chia Seeds (250g) for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. The seeds are clean, uniform, and swell up nicely when soaked, indicating their freshness and authenticity. They’re an easy way to boost daily protein and fiber intake, and I love adding them to my morning smoothies, overnight oats, and even lemon water. There’s no unpleasant smell or aftertaste, which I’ve noticed in some other brands. This pack offers great value for money, and the resealable packaging keeps the seeds fresh for longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to add a nutritional punch to their diet!

Not satisfied
Bought this product earlier and was very much satisfied and happy but this time when I ordered I was surprised to see that there were lot of plastic and itsy bitsy particle some small thermocol pieces other than chia Seeds. Seems like this brand has started to degrade there product.

Good Quality Chia Seeds
I mix one table spoon of this & Flax seed powder in a glass of water & keep it overnight to soak. Drink on empty stomach. Helps me in keeping my tummy full. Less calorie intake & results in weightloss. Remember, just by having this you wont lose weight. Keep moving mate. Walk a minimum of 8000-10000 steps a day. Consistency is the key. Dont expect overnight results. Trust the process & keep grinding.
