Great soup booster and sore throat soother.
Great soup booster! If you don't have time to make a really great stock (48 hour simmer, veggie scraps, roasting bones + veg first, aromatics) and just need to do a quick simmer for a few hours, resulting in less flavor - this bouillon can help boost the flavor. It is also nice to sip when you have a sore throat. A little powder, very warm water, touch of honey and it's a great soother.

Tasty and versatile
We have several Asian markets close by to us in New Orleans, but I can’t find this on their shelves. I use this powder all the time to boost flavor in sauces and stocks, to season meat and veg before cooking, and as a savory warm drink in the evening. It does have salt in it, but I salt when I cook anyway. I just adjust to taste when using this powder. I highly recommend this product, and intend to buy the big version when my current small can runs out. Recommended.

Delicious and shelf-stable
Found a glowing review of this in a recipe and had to try it. It’s is yummy — and easy. I add it to rice water. My only complaint is it’s not gluten-free. So, not for those with celiac. :-(

Very good product
Delicious. I add it to all of my oriental recipes, as well as a lot of poultry recipes. Not as salty as most cubed bouillon

Who knew? Perfect for stir fries, great taste for the amount of sodium content, and easy to use.

Liquid Chickens.
My brother describes this as “liquid chickens” and it’s accurate. Tastes like actual chicken rather than the fake chicken flavor you encounter in seasoning packets. We have already bought again. Great value for money and reasonable sodium!
