My daughter uses this oil all the time. This oil smells great and provides a calming sense. It is easy to carry around with you to have whenever to need a moment to relax and regroup.

I have come to find in my own world, that unless I treat getting ready for sleep as if I am getting up to go out to work or outside, I find it harder to make it stick. I heard about this blend and LOVE IT!! SO just as if I put a little perfume when I go out to the store or out with friends, this is my “sleep perfume.” I also pair it with the Aura Cacia Chill Pill blend. So I apply about 80% Do Terra restful blend to a 20% Chill Pill. Like if I apply the Do Terra restful blend all over, I accent it with Chill Pill on my wrists, neck and under my nose. I put restful blend on those areas also hut Chill Pill on top. You can also take it all further and make a spray out of these or add to an unscented lotion or oil, etc. Make it your own!! ☺️ ENJOY and GOOD NIGHT! 💤

I am so pleased with this calming roll on! I bought this for my son, who is college freshman living in the dorm. Despite being happy to be at school he was having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep. He was spending hours restless and frustrated during the night. Desperate to help him I tried several things but to no avail. Finally, I purchased this calming roll on and he really likes it!! The proof is in the fact that he’s actually using it and it’s really resulting in more restful sleep! I’m so relieved and I can’t recommend it enough!!

The smell is quite pleasant and relaxing. I use the touch roller for my little one before bed as part of our bedtime routine. I trust doterra and their ingredients which, as a parent, is important when finding products for to use for my little one.
