Great looking lamp. I love the USB port. It fits in perfectly with my apartment's Mid-Century vibe. Even the shade is quality. Could be used at a desk but looks amazing on the end table by my couch. I can recharge my laptop and phone without running cables all over the place.

First I love the style, look and functionality of this lamp. I was looking for a 120VAC 2-prong polarized outlet and a USB charging port and this lamp has it all at a very good price. It is built for an LED bulb which I highly recommend since the bulb is installed with the base up. An incandescent bulb generates heat and heat rises, so that would make the base of the bulb and lamp socket hot which is bad. I love having the AC outlet in the lamp base so I don't have to bend over to plug into an AC strip under my bed. The rocker ON/OFF switch in the base is easy to find and operate. The USB outlet is rated at 2 amps which is more than adequate for most devices like phones and tablets. I wanted to see if it would "fast charge" my Samsung S6 phone like my wall charger does. So I used the USB cord from it and discovered it did not do a fast charge. Upon examination, the Samsung S6 wall adapter generates 9VDC to accomplish fast charging and the lamp USB port is 5VDC only. I decided this was OK as a slower charge is ok overnight. If I need a fast charge, I can use the wall adapter. The lamp arrived as promised and setup was easy.

A little pricey for an avg lamp but no issues except only 1 light setting (which I knew).

Quick delivery from Lamps Plus. Easy to assemble. There is a large locking nut that screws onto the light socket to hold the lamp shade on. The threads on the light socket is made of ceramic and apparently easily chipped. This allows the locking nut not to sit evenly due to the missing threads. This causes the lamp shade to sit crooked. I contacted the seller, "Lamps Plus" and they sent me a new one. I received the new lamp the very next day. That one was is fine and looks great on my desk. The lamp comes with a swirl bulb (don't like them) but I use an LED and is much brighter. I like the lamp because of the brightness, the easy access to on/off switch, the USB outlet on top and the lamp does not have to be turned on for the USB to be active. I recommend this light.

I was kind of leery about ordering a lamp that I didn't see in person, but I was very pleased with how they are finished and seem to be quite well-made. The packaging couldn't have been better and they work and look really good. We bought two and I'm thinking about buying another. I would definitely recommend.
