I have an old bad elf gps with lightning connector. will this adapt my gps to my new ipad pro 11 with the usb-c connector?

I just changed to the new iPad Pro 11" and rather than buy new cables, I purchased these adapters. On the charge & data cables, I had no problem using the adapter, however, using it on my media card reader and my HDMI adapter (both of which were Apple adapters), they did not work and I had to buy new adapters. It doesn't hurt to give them a try and if they don't work, send them back.

Will this allow me to “convert” all my lightening charging cables to charge an ipad 11 pro, which is a usb-c device?

Yes. That is exactly what I use them for. This allows me to use 1 cable for my iPad Pro 2018 USB-c and my iPhone. I also got a rubber attachment to keep from loosing the piece. U might want also.

Can i use old lightning cables (from iphone 11 days) with this to charge iphone 13? will it slow the charging rate?

I don’t know about 13, however, I could NOT charge my IPAD Pro with it. I have IPhone 11 @ 12
