tried all of the product/customer support for this device. used it on 4 different PCs, no good.some of the techs I spoke to suggested the drive is defective, oh well...

The first several times I tried to use it it would not read the CD. It sounds like the motor is doing something but it's not actually spinning. I was about to give up when it worked on the 6th try. Not quite complete garbage but not recommended.Updated: Works about one time in 10, just keep ejecting the disk and closing it again til it works. Or buy a functional product instead.

I ordered a USB 3.0 Blu-ray Player/DVD Burner with 3D 4K Blu-ray Disc Player. What I received was not a Blu-ray compatible DVD Player. And now to get my money returned I have to spend money to return the mis-advertised product back to China. Very dishonest and disreputable behavior.

I love my new DVD player. First one in over a decade and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!
