Flexible Flyer Wood Toboggan. Snow Sled Adults & Kids

This sled gives a fast and smooth ride, much smoother than I thought it would be. The sturdiness seems good. It survived its first winter and a group of four kids taking a couple trips downhill on it without any issues.

This is the best sled. We have used ours for almost 4 years. We take care of the wood during the off season. It is expensive but it’s the best. A little wax every year or two helps preserve the wood and speeds it up. Reviews from people that didn’t take care of the wood should be ignored.

As other reviews have stated the finish on the bottom was quite rough. I used scotch Brite and rub on wax, good now. It also seems narrow and much thinner than my old one. I don't think this will hold up to many airborne runs. It does work well on my regular runs and is a lot of fun.

We sent the six foot Paricon Canadian Toboggan to our family in Virginia. Itarrived quickly and in good shape and they love it. They seemed to be very pleased with it. Coincidentially, we received a tobaggan (from another manufacturer) from them the same day. Neither one of of knew the other one wasthinking about getting the other one a tobaggan !

Got this toboggan for use by adults. Worked well with my wife and me (total weight 300 lbs). For adult use I would say two adults is the max given seating space. Only concern will be durability of the sled given the way some of the cross supports are attached but for now I very happy.

Like i had when i was a kid, but it looks thinner.

Well-made. We added the pad, which makes it much more comfortable. Would be hard to use without the pad. We also had it waxed, did not move much at all without the wax, but really flew once it was waxed. Lots of fun. Would highly recommend.

This is the most fun of any sled or toboggan. Well made and fits lots of people. Probably best to wax it up a bit before hitting the slopes. I actually did the full burned-in pine tar treatment and hot wax on top. Its a real speed demon now.

This is a really nice toboggan -- quality wood, good craftsmanship. Well worth the cost.
