Fast delivery, this Roast beef was wonderful, the seasoning supplied with order, gave it a great taste, I only splashed it with a little bit of red wine and popped it in an air fryer for 1 1/2 hours. The only bad thing I have to say about it is the size, it was a bit on the small side. But it was perfect for Three to Four people. Overall I would order again.

Hands down the worst piece of meat I have ever tried to eat! Tried is the key word! We cooked according to directions, looked like it should. It was not edible, we cooked to rare and we could not even chew it. Four guests felt the same and we threw the “Prime Rib” in the garbage’. We paid a prime price for garbage product. Never again!

I ordered this for Christmas Dinner. It arrived in time, very well packaged...BUT....there was a cut in the inside plastic wrapper around the meat. It was cut all the way through TO the meat! I had no choice, I had to chance it. Cooked per instructions and it was delicious! Unfortunately, one guest got sick. No real clue as to if it was the tear in the plastic around the meat that brought in bacteria and made her sick or if it was something else. They "Claim" you can feed 8 - 10 people with this. There is NO WAY you can feed even 4-5 people with it unless you slice it really thin! Ridiculous to pay 130 bucks for ONE piece of meat and NOT have it feed the # of people stated on the label. (Lucky we had cold cuts so everyone got full even though this piece of meat fell short of what it claims). I honestly don't think I'll bother trying to buy anything else from them. The cut in the package really upset me! Sadly, it arrived Christmas Eve and I had no choice but to chance it. Embarrassed, I admitted to my guests about the cut in the plastic wrapper and gave them all the option to bow out of eating the prime rib. Really ruined my whole "Holiday Cheer" mood! I'm jaded, so not sure I'll bother trying again...which is really sad to me. The reviews I read were amazing and the piece of meat was beautiful. Its taste was awesome, seasoned very well and extremely easy to follow directions. Really bums me out! Be careful and check the packaging thoroughly before continuing to cook the prime rib. Eat at your own Risk!
